Is Polvum a career coach?
It's a mentor that works through the website, with no appointments and no per-session fee. It understands your moment from what you tell it — or from your CV — and hands back, right away, a portrait of your career, how well each job you paste fits, and a plan to get where you want. A human coach walks with you for months; plenty of people use both.
Does Polvum search for jobs for me?
No, and that's deliberate. There are dozens of sites that list jobs, and Polvum doesn't try to be one more. What it does is the part that comes after: you find the job where you already look — LinkedIn, the company's own site, a referral — paste the link, and it compares the posting line by line with your career. What fits shows up as ✓, what's missing as ✗, and the score always comes with the reason. It also doesn't apply for you — you apply, on the company's own site.
I want to change careers. Can Polvum help?

Can I use it as a career guide, not just a job search?

Do I have to pay or create an account?
No. You start the interview with no sign-up at all and see the result before deciding whether to keep it. An account only lets Polvum remember you next time. Everything is free — no paid tier, no timed trial, no card anywhere.
Which languages does Polvum work in?
English, Portuguese and German — the interview, the explanations and the generated résumé, all three. Switch language whenever you want; what Polvum already knows about you stays.
What happens to my data?
It stays on servers in the European Union, and analytics stays off until you accept it. You can see everything Polvum knows, correct it, export it as JSON and delete your account from inside the product. Nothing about you goes to any employer.
